Business first. AI second.

AIVA exists because most Irish SMEs don't have an AI problem. They have a time problem, and AI happens to be the best fix for it that's come along in years.

The short version

AIVA helps Irish SMEs put AI to work properly. Not with strategy decks or hype, but by mapping how your business actually runs, building the systems and tools that take the repetitive work off your plate, and training your team to run them. You own everything we build.

Sonia Madsen, founder of AIVA
The person behind it

Sonia Madsen. Dublin. Business first, technology second.

Before AIVA, Sonia spent years in digital marketing, business operations, and startups. Building campaigns, managing budgets, running the day-to-day of real businesses. The kind of work where you learn what a Tuesday actually looks like inside an SME: the quotes going out late, the follow-ups falling through cracks, the marketing that happens only when there's a quiet week.

When AI tools became genuinely useful, she noticed two things. First, they could take real weight off exactly those jobs. Second, almost everyone explaining AI to business owners had never run a business. The advice was either too technical, too hyped, or too vague to act on.

AIVA is the answer to that gap: someone who knows how businesses run, building AI around how yours runs.

The best AI setup starts with how your business actually works. A four-step flow from enquiry to a mapped process to a working system to measurable results, with someone working at a laptop.
What we believe
  • 01

AI doesn't fix a messy process. It speeds it up, mess included. So we map and fix the process first, then add AI. Boring, and the entire reason our systems still work six months later.

  • 02

The most valuable thing in your business is the judgement in your head. Our job isn't replacing it. It's capturing it, so your standards show up in every quote and reply, even the ones you never touch.

  • 03

You should own what you pay for. The tools, prompts, playbooks, and documentation are yours. If we vanished tomorrow, everything keeps working.

  • 04

A system nobody uses is just an invoice. Training is built into everything, because adoption is the difference between an AI project and an AI expense.

  • 05

No hype. AI won't run your business for you, and anyone promising that is selling something. It will give you hours back every week, and that's plenty.

How we work: the 4D Method
01

Diagnose

The AI Audit. We map your workflows, find where the hours leak, and show you where AI pays off first. Every engagement starts here.

02

Design

We chart how the work happens today, build the playbook for how it should happen, and plan where AI takes over. You see the system on paper before anything gets built.

03

Deploy

We build it and switch it on in your business: the workflows, the custom GPTs, the assistants, the tools. Tested on your real work, not demo data.

04

Drive

We train your team to run it all confidently, so the system sticks long after we're gone.

Who we work with

Irish SMEs, roughly 1 to 20 people. Trades, gyms, clinics, agencies, professional services. Owners and teams who are busy, practical, and rightly sceptical of anyone promising magic.

If that's you, the easiest first step is the free AI Readiness Check. Two minutes, honest answer.

We knew business before we knew AI. It shows in what we build.
