Team Training & Workshops

Your people, shown how to use AI properly in their actual roles.

Not a webinar about the future of work. Working sessions where your team learns on their real tasks: the marketing person on marketing, the admin on admin, the manager on reports. Privately booked for your business, online or in person.

The problem

The tools are already there. The skills are scattered.

One person on the team is good with AI. Everyone else either avoids it or uses it like a search engine, gets a generic answer, and concludes it's overrated. Meanwhile the person who's good at it becomes the unofficial AI department, which helps nobody.

Generic AI training doesn't fix this, because your team doesn't do generic work. They do your work, and that's what they should be trained on.

How it works

Privately booked, €750 to €1,500 per day.

Training days and workshops are built around your business and delivered to your team, online or in person around Dublin. Before the day, we look at the roles in the room and the work they actually do. On the day, everyone works on their own real tasks: real emails, real reports, real client situations. People leave with prompts and approaches they used that morning, not a PDF for the someday pile.

The rate depends on group size and how much preparation your workflows need. Fixed quote before you book.

What a training day covers

Shaped to the room, but the spine is consistent:

01

The foundations, quickly

How these tools actually work and why they sometimes produce rubbish. Twenty minutes, no science lecture, and suddenly the results make sense.

02

Role by role, hands on

Each person works on their own tasks with guidance. This is most of the day, because watching demos changes nothing and doing the work changes everything.

03

The house rules

What's safe to put into AI and what isn't, when to trust an output and when to check it, where AI fits in your processes. Agreed in the room, written down after.

04

What sticks

Everyone leaves with a personal set of working prompts, and the team leaves with shared ground rules. You get the materials to refer back to.

Already an AIVA client?

Training is built into Full AI Implementation as standard, your team learns the systems as part of the project. This page is for teams who want training on its own: you've got the tools, your people just need to be shown how to use them well.

FAQ
Do I need an AI Audit first?

For training, no, this is the one service you can book directly. Though if the training day reveals deeper workflow problems, the audit is the natural next step, not more training.

My team is sceptical. Will this land?

Sceptics are usually the best students, because they've seen AI produce rubbish and nobody's shown them why. The moment it works on their task in their words, the conversation changes.

How many people can you train in a day?

Small groups work best, roughly 4 to 12. Bigger teams split across days or sessions so everyone gets hands-on time.

What do people need on the day?

A laptop and access to an AI tool, even a free account. We'll advise on accounts and settings before the day so nobody loses time to logins.

Is one day enough?

One day gets a team from scattered to functional. Some businesses book a follow-up session a month later to refine and go deeper once the habits have formed. Optional, never pushed.

Online or in person?

Both work. In person is better for full days, online suits shorter focused sessions. Around Dublin, in person is easy.

Your team doesn't need to become technical. They need an afternoon with someone who speaks their language.
