Your workflows, rebuilt with AI doing the heavy lifting.
We map how the work happens, build the playbook for how it should happen, and create the prompts, custom GPTs, and assistants that run it. Start with a Sprint on your worst time drains, or do the whole operation properly.
You know exactly which jobs eat your week. You just never get a clear run at fixing them.
The quotes that take an evening each. The follow-ups that slip when things get busy. The monthly report that's three hours of copy-paste. Every owner has their own list, and it's usually been the same list for years.
It's not that these jobs are hard. It's that they're never urgent enough to fix and always urgent enough to do. So they keep getting done the long way, week after week.
Implementation is the clear run at them.
Every workflow we take on gets the full treatment:
Map it
We chart how the job happens now, every step, every handoff, every place it stalls. The mess gets visible before anything gets built.
Build the playbook
The improved way of doing the job, written down. What stays human, what gets handed to AI, in what order, with what checks.
Build the AI
The prompts, custom GPTs, and assistants that run the repetitive steps, trained on your tone, your services, your standards. An assistant built this way drafts the quote the way you'd quote it and answers the enquiry the way you'd answer it. You stay the final word. You just stop being the first draft.
Hand it over working
A live walkthrough with your team, recorded so you can rewatch it. Plus a step-by-step guide so anyone can run the workflow without us.
The focused engagement. We take 1 to 3 of your most time-draining workflows and give them the full treatment, including the custom GPTs and assistants to run them. Most Sprints finish inside three to four weeks. The right choice when you want hours back fast, or want to see how we work before going bigger.
Book a 15-minute call →The whole operation, done properly. Every core workflow mapped, playbooks for each, GPTs and assistants deployed wherever they earn their keep, and your team trained as standard. Includes 90 days of support after handover, so when the team hits a question in week six, the answer is a message away, not a new invoice. This is the 4D Method end to end: by the close, AI isn't something your business is trying. It's how your business runs.
Book a 15-minute call →Your audit recommendation will say which fits. Plenty of clients Sprint first and come back for the rest.
- Working AI systems for each workflow, live in your business, not a list of recommendations
- Custom GPTs and assistants built for each workflow, trained on your business
- The playbook for each workflow, so the process survives staff changes and busy seasons
- Prompt templates your team can reuse and adapt
- The recorded walkthrough and written guide
- With Full Implementation: team training across every role that touches the new systems, and 90 days of post-handover support
The best candidates are jobs that are repetitive, frequent, and follow a pattern. The ones we see most:
If you did an AI Audit, your candidates are already ranked in your plan. If you haven't, the audit is where we'd find them. That's the order things work in.
Sprint: mapping sessions in week 1, building through weeks 2 to 3, live handover and training in the final session. Inside three to four weeks for most.
Full Implementation: same rhythm, applied across the operation in stages, so your team absorbs each system before the next arrives. Timeline agreed upfront based on how many workflows we're taking on.
Sprint from €1,200. Full Implementation from €3,000.
The final figure depends on how many workflows and how complex they are. You'll have a fixed price before anything starts, and it won't move.
Do I need an AI Audit first?
Yes, that's the front door for every engagement. The audit is what tells us which workflows pay back fastest, and whether a Sprint or Full Implementation fits. Implementing without one is building before measuring.
Sprint or Full Implementation?
Sprint if you want to start focused, prove the value, and expand later. Full if you already know the whole operation needs sorting and you'd rather do it once. The audit recommendation makes this call with real numbers.
Will it really save me hours every week?
The audit puts a number on it before you commit, per workflow, in hours. If the number isn't worth the fee, we'll tell you not to do it.
I'm not technical. Can I actually run what you build?
That's the point of the playbook, the training, and the recording. If running it needed a technician, we'd have built it wrong.
What tools will I need?
Usually tools you already have or free-to-cheap subscriptions. The plan always names the tools and the monthly cost, so there are no surprise bills.
What if a workflow changes later?
You own the playbooks, prompts, and GPTs, so you can adjust them yourself. If you'd rather we did it, small refinements are quick work.
Pick the jobs you're sick of doing the long way. We'll take it from there.
