A working session, not a sales call
We go through your business properly: how work comes in, how it gets done, where the time goes. You talk, we map.
Your process, on one page
A map of how your business actually runs today. Most owners have never seen this. It's worth the fee on its own.
A written AI plan
Three to five opportunities, ranked by impact. For each one: what it would save you per week, what it would take to set up, and what it costs to run. Real numbers, not "unlock efficiencies."
A straight recommendation
The audit ends with one of three routes: implement AI across your workflows, build you a custom tool, or train your team on what you already have. Sometimes the answer is "you're not ready yet, do these two things first." You'll get that straight too.

The audit points to one of three paths, and you'll know which before you commit to anything:
AI Workflow Implementation
(Sprint from €1,200, Full Implementation from €3,000) if the win is rebuilding your workflows with prompts, custom GPTs, and assistants.
Team Training & Workshops
(€750 to €1,500 per day) if the tools are there and your people need to be shown how to use them well.
And if the honest answer is "none of these yet," the plan tells you what to do on your own first.
If the audit doesn't find you at least three genuine opportunities, you get the €750 back.

I'm not technical. Will I follow the plan?
Yes. It's written for business owners, not developers. If a recommendation needs a technical word, it gets explained in the same sentence.
We already use ChatGPT a bit. Is the audit still worth it?
Usually those are the most valuable audits. Scattered AI use means the appetite is there but the system isn't, and the audit shows where the gap is.
Can my manager or team join the session?
Please do bring them. The people doing the work daily usually know exactly where the time goes.
What kinds of businesses is this for?
Irish SMEs, roughly 1 to 20 people. Trades, gyms, clinics, agencies, professional services. If your week is full of quotes, enquiries, scheduling, reports, or client admin, the audit will find things.
Will you implement the plan for me?
If you want, that's what the Implementation and Build packages do. But the plan is written so you could act on it yourself. You own it either way.
